Frequently asked questions
- How does the test work?
- We give you a one-time test address. You email it from your real server. We parse the incoming message for SPF/DKIM/DMARC results, check the sending IP against blacklists, run SpamAssassin on the content, and produce a score 0–10.
- How long do I have to reply?
- Ten minutes. After that the test address expires and we delete the record. Start a new test if needed.
- My score is low but emails work. Why should I care?
- "Works" usually means reaching your own or friendly inboxes. Low deliverability scores mean Gmail's spam filter or Outlook's quarantine will start rejecting you at scale, often silently.
